    Can you date a girl that is 15,16 years of age when you are 18?
    I live in savannah,Ga and I was wondering if an 18 year old could date a 15-17 year old girl?

    Date yes ( as long as the girls daddy does not take the boy out to the country for a ride )

    It is the having sex that is still a issue. The age of consent is still 18 on the books. So the 18 year old would be a rapist if they had sex.

    The GA supreme court a few weeks ago, over turned the conviction for the rape of a 17 year old, but this is likely to go to the US supreme court, because the law as written states 18, and the courts in GA are still charging and going to trial if one partner was 17.

    You can date her. But if you touch her, you're in trouble. (not only does physical contact like passionate kissing often lead to sex, or sexual activities- it could be used against you as sexual harassment, or sexual abuse, should anything happen.) get to know her, but keep your hands, and everything else, off her.
