    The new windows live won't let me sign up for another account.
    I'm trying to make a new account and it won't let me, it just keeps refreshing the page every time I click "sign up"... help me please?

    Try deleting the cookies from your computer.

    Ccleaner is a good free program to clear out all your unneeded files like temporary internet and cookies.

    As mentioned, clearing cookies may help

    What browser are you using?
    -IE is, click on tools, delete browsing history and you can delete the history from the first 3 items there and then close browser and open again and see if you can create new acct
