    Osb plywood garage
I'd like to semi-finish my garage so I can insulate it and heat it in the winter.
The barrier between the garage and house is a proper 5/8" sheetrock fire barrier.
I am thinking of doing the rest with OSB so it is cheap, quick, easy and changeable.
    Any thoughts or suggestions?

(note: I've looked into BlazeGuard, but its rather expensive at about $30/ sheet, rather than about $5/sheet for OSB on sale)
