    Hello Sky:

There's really no unsafe way to reheat it. The danger zone in food is the temperature at which it is held - not how it's cooked. That's between 45 and 140 degrees Fahrenheit on a food thermometer.

Microorganisms (germs, bacteria, and viruses) that can cause foodborne illness grow best on foods in the temperature danger zone. Food should be in this temperature range for no more than a total of four hours. This total includes the time food spends in the shopping cart, in the car, waiting to be put away, in preparation, cooking, waiting to be served, and cooling before storage.

The rule of thumb is that after food has been prepared and served, it should never sit out for more than two hours before it is put away in the refrigerator or freezer.

But, as long as you take it out of the refrigerator and put it immediately on the stove or in the microwave, you'll be fine.

Thanks for the quick response... my mum actually phoned because I couldn't get through earlier and she says its OK to microave it but not all ful power because it would go rubbery. So I put it in at 80% power for 1minute 30 secoinds and it was tasty hot chicken

    Hello again, Sky:

Well, you didn't ask about QUALITY. You asked about SAFETY.. I'm glad you enjoyed it. I'm hungry now, too.
