    There are many ways. If it was roasted/cooked on the bone, you can pick off the meat and put it in a little oil on a pan. Then, you could use the bones left over to make chicken stock for soup. If you just have pieces of chicken, you can apply the same thing. After it fries for a minute or two, add a tiny bit of boliling water and cover with a lid immediately - this will ensure it is moist not dry.

    You could always try these left over chicken receipes.
