Can anyone help? We have spark and fuel I've had the igniton control mod tested checked fuses checked timing by turning distributor while someone is trying to start the car checked proper firing order but still all it does is turn before the car stopped running I was told that it was losing power like it didn't want to go if anyone could help it would greatly be appreciated.

Might be the Firing Order. Check to make sure that's correct.
Usually with Hondas not starting it is the IGCM but, seeing that you checked that.
How much fuel pressure do you get, if you have spark definitely check the Firing Order, and make sure its correct.
Other then that, It could be a loose, frayed, or disconnected ground.
Not getting enough fuel pressure, you can still get fuel but if under 30psi sometimes it might have issues.
Check also to make sure that it has good fuel in it, sometimes after sitting a cars gas can become tainted and not work very well afterwords.
Sounds like you've checked all the major things. Sorry could be a number of other things, sensor / relay wise as well. But hope maybe the ground, or firing order might help. If not, Hmm..

Rather, Noticed that you said you had checked firing order.
If it was losing power just before, check the fuel pressure.
Could have been a bad ground wire, or usually when they loose power, sometimes the IGCM can seem good, but really maybe try another IGCM but keep it clean so can return if doesn't solve the problem. Usually 99% of the hondas Ive had that where no starts, tended to be that.
Or Timing. But as you said you have checked the timing. Hmm.. Tough to say.
Might be simple as needing a new fuel filter, or a number of things. But hope that might help.

If the CEL comes on for 2 seconds and then goes out, after turning the ignition switch to ON (Position II), then the problem is with the distributor. I would replace the Ignition Control Module and coil:

Testing ICMs and coils is not reliable. Instead, I recommend replacing them every 120,000 miles or 10 years, whichever comes first.
