Change jurisdiction from Ohio to California
Can I change spousal support order (no children involved) from Ohio to California Court? BBoth parties (ex-husband and ex-wife) have moved out of Ohio. 1 to California and 1 to Florida. What would I file? Fees? Thank You

Why would you transfer the Order? Are you seeking to appeal an Order, amend an Order? "Usually" the change in residence after the Order is granted does not matter unless one of the parties wants/needs to go back to Court. Is this a temporary or permanent Order?

And if you go back to court, normally it will be in the state where the child lives ( if both have moved out of the original state)
