    Kitchen pipe won't attach
    I replaced the pipes under my kitchen sink. And when I connected to the pipe going to the basement main drain it snapped. I cannot get the replacement pipe to connect.Can someoen tell me how. The pipe I use just pulls out after I tighten tit in

    Did you install and use the correct nylon washer in the connection? It slips over the smaller pipe which does not have threads but a collar, collars goes on pipe then washer, now slide them up againist the other slightly larger pipe with threads, screw together.
