    What is the sentence for first time possession of marijuana in ontario, no other factors not a large amount or for sale just possession. Thanks

    Probation at most... Get yourself a good lawyer. DON'T count on their good graces.

    I WILL add, that anybody who gets arrested for possession of marijuana is a VICTIM of crime, and the COPS are the perps.
