    Returning to USA
    Hi, I am a Chinese holding a H4 visa. I am planning to travel to overseas. I would like to know if I can get a visa to come back US before traveling to overseas. Thank you! Sally

    If your H-4 is valid (you're still married to H-1 spouse), you can return without obtaining a new visa. It's multiple entry visa.
