I have correct code and Serial # but code does not work. I s any body know any solution.

If you are certain you have the right code, but the radio is locked, you can disconnect the battery for a minute and then try again. Before you start again, you may want to double check that you have the correct serial #. You can do this by turning on the radio, when CODE appears, turn off the radio. Pres & hold preset buttons 1 & 6 and turn power back on. If the screen is large enough, it will display the 8 digit serial #, if not, it may toggle between 2 sets of numbers. Combine the numbers, ignoring the alphabets and you'll have your serial number. Just because you have a radio card, it doesn't mean it's the correct one.

Thanks for help but still not working. I disconnected battery also for five minuts but still it is not working. Serial number I have on card is exactly matching what I see if I press 1 and 6 on radio. I have no idea what is wronge. I was out of town for three weeks and wehen I came back then it was desplying this code before this it never happened. I believe if serial number is correct then code on card is also correct.

Are you putting in the serial number or the code? The code is only a 5 digit code. You can PM me your serial number if you'd like and I'll see if I can get you your radio code

Did this ever get fixed? I am having sam problem and find it very frustrating. I have a 2003TL also.
