    Backpay owed by emplyer
I worked for a Company that employs telemarketers to work in there office as an independent contractor.(no tax deduction) I was paid every Friday. When I quit the company I was told I would have to wait 30 -60 days in the event of any cancellations. I never have signed any documents or agreememts regarding the 30-60 day hold time. Please advise as to what recourse I may have. I actually think a simple cttelephone from an Atty will nake them pay

    Thanks,
    Dan

If you believe a "simple phone call" from an Attorney will shake the money loose, contact an Attorney who will make that call.
