    Lump of Right side of Head
    Hi, I have had a quarter size lump an inch and a half above the hair line of my right side, for the past three days. It gradually got worse. It hurts even when nothing is touching it and when I do touch it I get tingling pain on my left side and towards my upper back as well. About two weeks ago I went to the ER because of bad headaches, they gave me two shots on my Glutes, and prescribed me a narcotic called firiocet that I haven't taken because I have not had such a bad headache since then. I'm a little worried of this lump since it hurts so much I can't even sleep on my right side. Should I go to a neurologist? Or wait and see if it subsides? Could it be from my headaches? I should also mention I'm in Massage Therapy School and got worked on my head and neck just last Thursday. But it wasn't painful.

    Before you see a neurologist, go to your GP.. it may be nothing more than an ingrown and/or infected hair follicle.
