    Weight loss and headaches
My husband has been losing a lot of weight and now he vomits frequently. He told me today that he is getting headaches through out the day that last 5-10 minutes. He has only had 1 headache the 15 years we've been married until about 2-3 weeks ago.I made an appointment for him but can't get him in until Nov 20th.
Does anyone know what this might be?

Is he losing weight deliberately? Or because he's sick ? There could be a number of things but without more details its impossible to even begin to guess.

He is not losing weight purposely. It seems like he is sick especially with the frequent vomiting and the headaches.

There's still a ton of things that can cause that.

    Symptom Checker

Here's a symptom checker you might be interested in. there's tons of possibilities. Of course, this is in no way intended to be a substitute for his dr's visit. This is not meant to actually diagnose anyone. Only to help you narrow down possibilities before seeing a dr. so you don't have to worry that it's something worse than it is.

You still haven't provided much details. You haven't given us any indication of how long this has been going on. Or how much weight "a lot" is. Or if he's experiencing any other symptoms. It could even be something like a flu with as little detail as we have to go on.

Is there some reason why he can't go to urgent care? My dr wasn't going to be able to get me in for a while, so they told me to go to urgent care. The dr on call there was able to take care of me just fine.
