I have been getting horrible headaches that are not helped by any pain relievers probably 2-3 times a week for the last month, when they are not unbearable, I always seem to have a dull pain in my head anyway. I have also recently dropped about 8-10 pounds very quickly, I'm not exercising more than normal, however my appetite has been a bit less than usual... any ideas?

Have you stopped any favorites? Chocolate, caffiene?

Sounds as though it could be a withdrawal from some foods.

What have you canged in your diet?

Nothing that I can think of, I always have coffee or some sort of caffeine in the morning, I do try to eat throughout the day, mostly dairy products... but nothing significant has changed.

Has the weather there changed recently? Could it be allergy related?

You know, it has changed quite a bit. Im in Minnesota and two weeks ago it was almost 80, and this morning it was 19 degrees. Ive never had allergies that I've known of before... thats interesting.
