    Father wants to sign off
    Ok I am 18 weeks pregnant and my exfiance wants to sign off on everything is this possible to do in Texas?

    Possible? Sure. But you didn't provide any actual information so I answered based on what you posted.

    As of right now, no, it is not possible UNTIL you get married and your husband chooses to adopt. Your boyfriend cannot adopt your child and you cannot get the bio father's rights terminated until there IS someone to adopt.

    I am VERY familiar with the link that J_9 posted and answer this exact question 10 times a week. As a matter of fact, I cited "the sticky" which is exactly what J_9 posted.
