Describe a textbook drunk to me, please.
Otherwise, again - go to Court, make your argument, let us know how it turns out.

Hello again, Dr:
Sorry, Dude. I ain't buying it. You deny that you did anything wrong. You exhibit NO remorse. You're setting yourself up for doing it again.
Look. I'm not your enemy. I don't even know you. I HOPE I'm wrong.

Did you ever see the Charlie Brown special where everyone talks to Snoopy and all Snoppy hears is "Wah, wah, wah"?

If I knew I was drunk and still got behind the wheel then yes I should have remorse but I believe I was under the limit... like I said I'm still waiting for the results of the test... and trust me I feel horrible about it.. I already stated that.. at this point I just don't agree with any of it because 1) I wasn't going 41 in a 25.. I was going 6 miles over the speed limit which is posted as 35 where he was sitting so he had no reason to even stop me.. and 2) I wasn't "drunk".. I obviously had alcohol in my system but not enough to impair me.. we'll see what happens... and a textbook drunk in my opinion is being intoxicated with alcoholic liquor to the point of impairment of physical and mental faculties.. which I was not..

After this, I'm out of here -
You were going 6 miles over the limit - he had every right to stop you. It's called speeding. Again, the law doesn't say "35, more or less." It says 35. He could have clocked you in the 25 zone. Nobody knows but him.
And you WERE impaired. Remember? You failed the roadside sobriety test. I've been tested as part of training and I've never failed - and that's also a tense situation.
So continue to argue with people trying to help you and I'll come back when you post the final result of your hearing(s) just to see how this worked out.
If the blood test comes back over the limit, then what will your excuse be?

I passed everything but that one ridiculous one.. &&if it comes back that I was over the limit then I already said then that's that... it is what it is... there won't be an excuse.. I honestly don't think I was though... so we'll find out soon enough.. &&in my town you need to be going 7 over for them to pull you over.. and they usually don't pull you over unless you're going at least ten over.. our town cops have one of the worst reputations I've ever heard of... but I'm done making "excuses" since that's all you're seeing this as... I'm just trying to prove my point... point is now that it doesn't even matter.. I learned my lesson... simple as that..

Get an attorney, get the results of your blood test, before you plead anything. They can convict you with the field sobriey test alone, if you failed any of the given test! Sometimes bad things happen to good people!

Of course you're given the results of the various tests - it's part of the DA's proof.
Where do you see bad things happening to good people? You see no problem with a DUI/DWI arrest?

I didn't say that! I just think good people make mistakes too! Of course driving under the influence of anything is very bad...

Sorry - questioned why you posted the bad things/good people here but apparently everyone IS in agreement that driving under the influence is not a good (or bright) idea.
I do notice you are looking for ways to pass your EtG.

I have made driving while imparied stick even if the blood tests come back OK, by proving they failed the road tests and were not safe to drive.
It is harder but a certifed officer is trained in doing these and his word in court goes along way

Twenty one years ago, I was pulled over going 62 in a 55. I had been drinking beer, and was given a field sobriety test and registered .11% BAC. Back then the legal limit was .10% in Georgia. It was a hot day, and I hadn't had anything to eat. Which made it worse.
I was found guilty, paid the fine, took the class, and did the community service. I took it like a man because I knew even though I could drive fine, and had control of my reflexes, I BROKE THE LAW.
I believe you when you say that you have learned your lesson, but you did in fact do something wrong. It doesn't matter that you think that you were not speeding, and that you think you did well on the FST, the breathalizer said that you were "drunk", and the blood test will probably back that up. So get a lawyer and try your best. If you are indeed found guilty, take it like a man, and carry on with your life.
You can tell us your story until you are red in the face, but it really boils down to what happens in court.
And you should never, ever, swear on your mother's life. Her life is not yours to "promise away".

Didn't you say you also failed the breathalizer thing? If so the blood test is not needed to convict you. The police here usually only do blood test when there is a bad accident or something major. Are you sure you are telling the whole story?
