    Domestic violence misdemeanor 1
    What kind of charges am I looking at for domestic violence misdemeanor 1 and I've have no record and should I get a lawyer and what's the worst that can happen and what will probably happen

    Lets see - you could be fined, jailed for probably up to a year (depending on your state), serve hundreds of hours of community service, be ordered to a violence diversion program (at your expense of a few thousand dollars), be forced to move from your home if you live with the victim...

    So should you get a lawyer? Uh... yeah.
