Toro 52" walk behind, clutch won't engage
I have a toro proline 52" deck with a 15 hp kolher motor manual start no battery, when I engage the clutch it will run for a few minutes and then blow a fuse, we checked it out and now the clutch doesn't engage at all with the switch. We checked all the switches and all checked out good, the clutch engages when you put another battery source to it, and all the wires are good and all the grounds are clean. What is supposed to be the voltage going to the clutch at idle and at high idle? What else can I check??

I looked on this website and they did not offer much insight.

    The model number: 30292
The serial number falls in the first category
    210000001 and up to 500

    Hi,
Problems in the PTO switch or the delay module #P5 would cause it not to turn on with a functioning clutch.
    Peace,
