Kenmore 70 series, won't fill with water, drains out as fast as it's put in
I have a kenmore series 70 washer, has good water flow to the bowl, but the water runs out as fast as it is put in. it's like the dump valve is stuck.
What is causing the issue so I can replace it.

    Thanks
    Sandy
