    Tax Returns Filed wrong info
I used Turbo tax and filed 1040 for the second year but my 2008 taxes were different from 2007 but info was transferred from 07, my first mistake. My thought was if I didn't revisit the sections not pertaining to me I would be fine not the case. Anyway they were filed and wondering if I can just start all over without having to amend.

    Help, please.

    Thanks

If they are already filed, yes, you need to amend those returns.

What do you mean by "start all over"? Are you considering filing new tax returns "on top" of the ones already filed?

If you have already filed 2008 tax return, then you must file amended tax return Form 1040X.
