Can a 97 F-150 4.6 Romeo engine be replaced with 98 Crown Vic 4.6?

HI, Can I replace a 97 f-150 4.6 Romeo engine with a 98 Crown Victoria 4.6 engine? Are there any mods needed? Thanks, John
