    Debate here at my house!
    If someone had a warrant out for their arrest... and they got pulled over for speeding when the officer runs their license would the warrant show up?:confused:... I am saying yes it does I have $$$$ riding on this one... lol...

    It should, but it might not. Maybe the police force that pulled him over does't have the resources. Maybe somebody forgot to enter the data - he was too busy grabbing a doughnut... Maybe - maybe - maybe...

    Yes it would. The reason it wouldn't show up is if that person was in another state versus the state where the warrant was issued in. Then it just MIGHT not show up. I'd say that you win the bet.

    If it was a felony warrant then definitely YES. If it was a misdemeanor warrant and in another state then MAYBE.
