Yes it would. The reason it wouldn't show up is if that person was in another state versus the state where the warrant was issued in. Then it just MIGHT not show up. I'd say that you win the bet.

If it was a felony warrant then definitely YES. If it was a misdemeanor warrant and in another state then MAYBE.
