    Combining patented ideas
    Is it possible to file a patent which contains a combination of an already patented idea and a totally new idea,with the whole combination performing a different task and working under a differed principle from the original invention.

    Moses, you can't really incorporate someone else's 'invention', already patented and carrying a patent number into your own design unless you ask permission, or offer royalties to the person or institution with the original patent. Patent numbers are government registered.
