I love it, I have done things like this for my two kids when they were younger... for my son I used a football theme cause he played all his life and two years in college.

For my daughter I gave her a sweet sixteen birthday party, rented a hall and went all out with a rock and roll theme... of course we state it all off with 'Sixteen Candles.'

No I will just wait and put pictures in my Facebook. Its easier to load them in there.

I have no idea how many are coming. I invite every kid in his class, every neighbor and relative and friend. I hope to get pictures this year, more then I did last year. I get so caught up in the fun of it I forget to get my camera out. The only thing I may not do this year is the blow up castle. Its one of those huge blow up castles, I am sure you have seen them. They jump around on it and stuff. But with so many kids there are many head bumps. I think I will forget about that this year. But the look they have when they see it. Oh who knows.

Seriously I think its because I never had this. My mom wouldn't ever have me a party. Never. Heck if I had friends over that was a big deal. I don't ever want him to feel that. If I do this for his yearly parties, imagine 16 and 21. Oh boy. Save for your plane tickets kids! Your all coming.

Funny huh Stringer. Hated it. I never had anything on my birthday. Most years not even a card. Then I would see all my friends have these parties and things. Made me sad. So I have it now. I live it through his eyes. What could be better anyway.

Yeah, I wanted my kids to have everything that I felt that I never had. They are two great kids and now I have grand kids... they're pretty great too.

Settle down your getting out of control!
Did you hear any feedback from his family, what they thought of you? Didn't know if he told you anything. I am sure they loved you.

I got an invite to the christening from his sister... brendan would not say if they said anything anyway..

His family seem to be accepting of each others choices,I don't know what's said behind closed doors, but from what I know of them, they would respect brendans choice of partner, job or whatever... he's a smart man,I don't do stupid!

Hee hee, I know, I really haven't matured yet in all my choices and I don't have much time to get it right. But I did one time with Marta, couldn't have made a better choice, finally got lucky.
