After Probate on a Will has passed, is there ways to reopen.
.. it? Is there anything that can be done for pretermitted heirs? I need help with this so badly, please Help..? :)

If there was something improper and illegal done normally yes. If it was all posted and properly done maybe not, in either case it will take a probate attoreny at this point

"FRA~UD"! Questions regarding FORGED Legal Document?
What can an Heir do about finding that her Fathers signature on the"DURABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY PAPER" was indeed a forgery? Dad had very very DISTINCTIVE writting~! What should she do?. Thank you~

Grounds for what,
Civil law suit, over turnig a prior court ruling based on the signature.
Next it depends on what is done with that document.
You can have fraud, theft and more from this.
You merely turn it over to the police and DA and they will decide the charges.

Report it to the police, for crimimal charges
Take it and hire an attorney who will hire someone to investigate, and possible sue the person for any fraud.
Have them account for the money.
Have you asked your father about it ?

My Father is dead. He died back in 2000.

Do I need to get a Forensic document analysis done prior to going to the police & etc.. I want to also Thank~you soooo very much for ALL your wonderful help w/this! You have no idea what this means to us! Thank you! :)

I don't know what case you're talking about. Forensic evidence is considered in light of all the evidence presented. If it's the ONLY evidence presented, it will be the deciding factor. But any lawyer worth his salt would rebut the report...

There is. Between 2 and 10 years, depending on where you live.

And the answer is that you hire an Attorney and then the Attorney hires a handwriting expert and if it's NOT your father's signature, then the Attorney proves how you were harmed by the false document.

My friend was hired by cleaning company in September, in December she notified them that she wants to quit and they made her sign an agreement which she was suppose to sign when she was hired, which was in English, she does not speak English very well, they didn't let lawyer to look at it and made...
CD-R I can't reopen any files saved on it.

I saved a ton of jpegs on a CD-R and I'm unable to access any of the files on the disc. I've been able to get to the files in the past, but some reason, now I can't. I've tried 3 different computers, even a Mac.
Any advice would be appreciated.
