    Need name of what I believe is a children's movie
    OK so I must have seen this movie in the late 90's

    It appeared to be, if I recall correctly an early 90's movie but could have been late 80's

    The only things I can recall are:

    There was a boy who was a main person

    I believe he was cheated by a corporation (mumco, mumbo maybe?)

    He got a tattoo in the movie, he started smoking cigarettes.

    There were bikers in the movie (gave him the tattoo)

    He drove a car around but couldn't have been older than 13

    And at the end of the movie it turned out to be a dream, but then it wasn't really a dream?


    Saw the movie once on cable when I was being babysat.

    I remember there was foul language for a kids movie but I'm assumingb that's what it was.

    This has beedn haunting me for years lol. If you need more assistance ill be glad to try and recall something.
