    How long between filings?
    I need to know what is the length of time required to have passed since a previous bankruptcy filing and discharge (with my late husband) and a need to file with my current husband, according to the new rules.

    What Chapter did you previously file? 7 or 11?

    It was Chapter 7, I think, the one with full discharge of debts, not the one where your debt is restructured.
