My Daughter who is 7yrs old having bed wetting . She normally does it every night ,sometimes twice too & sometimes in a day too.
Kindly suggest the remedy

Night-Lights

In the darkest part of the night, getting up to walk down the dark and silent hallway can be frightening, more frightening than wetting the bed. Having a night-light in the hall and in the bathroom can help kids deal with the apprehension involved with getting up in the night.
Television or Radio

Having the television or radio on for a sleeping child can help them wake up enough to remember to use the toilet. Turn the music on at a low volume after they've gone to bed so that if they begin to wake up a little the sound will help wake them up sooner.
Consult a Physician
If bed-wetting lasts too long, there may be medical issues involved. Pediatric standards for bed-wetting change occasionally, but most generally agree that if your child is still wetting the bed by five years of age then you may want to have his kidney function tested. Your pediatrician may want to try and determine if there are any other medical reasons for your child's bed-wetting, too

Although I found these online, I have known others that have had the same issue. Limiting drinks after a certain time helps a lot. I have heard also that they may be very heavy sleepers so The t.v. idea makes a lot of sense to me.

Hello Annie

Has there been any major changes in her life lately? New stressors? Anything at all different?

My daughter was completely bed wetting free since she was 3 and could wear big girl pantys, but last year, when my husband and I split for 6 months, she started bed wetting (at 5 years old) her doctor said it was due to the stress of the change.

School has just started for the kids, is she going to a different school? Obviously a new teacher, is she having trouble in school? With some other kids?


If there has not been any changes in her life that may stress her out, I would suggest seeing a doctor for possible UTIs, or kidney infections, or any type of neurological issues.
