    Hunting laws in New Mexico
    Can a convicted felon hunt with a muzzleloader in the state of New Mexico ?

    As a felon you are banned by Federal Law from ever using or possessing a firearm, so I guess that includes hunting with muzzleloaders in New Mexico.
