    Can I buy my council house/
    I was a tenant in a bungalow for 11 years and amnow in a bigger property do I have to wait the 5years before I can buy my home or can I buy it because I have been a council tenant for 12 years just in 2 separate properties?

    Right to buy is per property, so the clock restarts when you move house.
