I know it will vary according to the types of materials used but I am looking to finish my basement in to one large bedroom, a smaller bedroom, a small full bath and a living room/ kitchenette. Kind of like a mother-in-law suite. Can you tell me approximately how much that will cost?

I do not think anyone can be even close. We do not know where you are, what your materials will be or what building codes you must follow. Your best answer would be to call 3 contractors and get their bids, no obligatio at that point.

Have a rough layout of how u want area to be, so all bids are for same work.
