    Criminal unfit father claiming legal access what's the law
    The bio-father of my 9yr old daughter has resentaly served me with access rights letter after being inprisoned for a domestic violence charge in may 09. The bio-father has spent over ten years in and out of jails and since my daughter was born has spent over 7.5yrs in jails and I've gave him access for the mass part till now when I feel enough is enough I don't want him hurting or leting down my daughter again and there for need to know how to go about it legally and what rights I have. He has left her with strangers, drug addicts etc.. He also has a drink problem and drug addiction etc... he has never been a constant presence, relyable, trustworthy,responsible, father figure etc... Any help please

    Get a lawyer, prove he's an unfit parent, and ask for a modification to his visitations that they be supervised.
