What is a legal definition of an unfit mother?
What would be considered an unfit mother? I am looking for legal advice on how to obtain custody of my 21 month old daughter. Please advice.

There isn't a legal definition per se. It's a judgment call.

Is she doing crack while caring for the child? Is she beating the child? Has she left the child unattended for long periods?

These are all things mothers are found unfit for.

Describe (as objectively as possible) your child;s mother and we'll tell you what we think. Or explain the situation in as much detail and we'll guide you as best as possible.

There isn't a real strict legal definition for it. There are guidelines that each judge and jusrisdiction have to consider when making that determination. So its up for grabs as far as true legal definition.
