    Change name on mortgage/title due to separation
    I am separating form my husband I need to know how can I take him out of the mortgage and title. Or how can he stay with the house/mortgage and take my name out.

    One or the other of you will have to buy the other out. No bank is going to let either of you off the mortgage.

    I was helping my mom pay the mortgage, I am the executor of the estate.(in my name,>grandmother) now I am out of a job. She is receiving a little income. Can I change the house over in her name so she can receive help, to make her payments.

    I am a stundent, and I am even late on mine. No job call backs yet.. How can I get help as well??

    I cannot get any answers everyone I call is so rude, and they just say.. we don't have any help..

    PS... I have never been in this situation... I always worked.. where is the help,. @??
