I am separating form my husband I need to know how can I take him out of the mortgage and title. Or how can he stay with the house/mortgage and take my name out.

I was helping my mom pay the mortgage, I am the executor of the estate.(in my name,>grandmother) now I am out of a job. She is receiving a little income. Can I change the house over in her name so she can receive help, to make her payments.

I am a stundent, and I am even late on mine. No job call backs yet.. How can I get help as well??

I cannot get any answers everyone I call is so rude, and they just say.. we don't have any help..
