    Request for boyfriend to vacate premises
    I live in St Louis, Mo. I have been renting a home going on 2 months. I am the only person
    On the lease. The landlady is aware that my boyfriend also lives there. All the bills are in my name. He has no mail coming there and no ID to prove he lives there. We apparently
    Are unable to get along & he provides very little if any financial help. I have asked that he find a different place to live. He insists that I can't make him leave. What are my options? I really can't afford a lawyer to force him out. He does drink heavily & is verbally abusive.

    I'm not certain about the law, but it seems that he has become a trespasser by becoming unwelcome. Ask a cop.
