Im sorry I guess I didn't understand your post back. My mind is kind of worried right now.. Are you saying I can't be charged with a vop if the new charge is for a crime that happened on new years which was before the crime that put on probation.. If u could go a ll in depth for me to ease my mind ti would be great.
Just sucks I spoke to her this morning and she was like vop for u. I told her this new charge is from something that happened before I got on probation.. She also wants police apidavits which I thought I can't get till my first court date.. The odd thing to about that its like 13 weeks away..
I appreciate your timely responses and your knowledge. It does help ease my mind as I am a nervous wreck.. An to my yesterdays post now they are only doing simple assault vs agravted assault

There's what they're SUPPOSED to do... and there's what they DO. They're not the same. It's true, you can't be charged with a vop if you actually didn't... That doesn't mean they won't try. If you can't convince her on your own, then you're gonna need a lawyer.
