    Refused a copy of agreement unless I paid for it
    I paid 60.00 for an achohol assessment. Gave them cash. Then they wanted an additional 30.00 to do a UA. I did not have the 30.00. I told them I would be happy to provide a UA but didn't have the money for it. They told me to come back when I did. I asked for my 60.00 back since they did not provide me with the service I paid for. I was told NO. I then asked for a copy of each form I signed. I was told that for 25.00 I could get a copy. I asked again for a copy. Within 30 seconds the price went up. 25.00 plus a 1.00 for each page. Can this business do this? I had thought that I have a right to a copy of what I sign without a charge.

    This doesn't make sense - what did you sign or agree to?

    If the lab did nothing I don't understand why they didn't simply hand the money back to you.

    What is their explanation?
