    What can I do if the person that hit me hasn't sent in his accident report?

    Did you get his name and his insurance company name?
    You can call and report the accident to his insurance.
    You need to also let your insurance company know so they can get after them too.

    You report the accident to your insurance company and they pursue the other driver. Happens all the time.
