If tenants do not pay the rent in the state of Georgia, can you report them to the credit reporting agencies?

    Hello again, d:

Nahhh. Only paying customers, like banks and credit card issuers can put dings on people.

But, if you sue them and WIN, the judgment will be picked up by the credit bureaus and put on their report.

As you are NOT a licensed credit supplier or even offering credit you cannot make reports of this nature.
