    Renter rights foreclosure property
    Signed one lease for current property 1998 when house built only tenants since, according to lease went month to month after first year. House now in foreclosure according to papers received today 8/24/09 landlord has not paid lender since 5/09. How much time does Florida give to stay in this house and do we pay rent to landlord or save money in bank $1200 a month

    You continue to pay your rent since the foreclosure has nothing to do with you. You will probably have 60 days (two months). Some counties only allow for 30 days notice.
