Three Years ago I married a girl from Russia. (Las Vegas Marriage) Two weeks after she collapsed and was taken to an emergency room where she was diagnosed with a Hole in Her Heart. She was released, went back to russia while I worked on getting her a Visa to Return with her daughter.

Shortly after she returned things went south. I yelled at her daughter and she called the police. I came home late one night and woke her, she called the police again. I had read about russian women claiming abuse. We moved into separate rooms as I realized that she was only using me. I never signed for her green card and wondered how she got it. She demands that I support her and daughter and threatens to call the police if I don't pay the rent or give her money.

I am moving into an apartment at a restaurant I manage and I was going to pay for her and daughters apartment. I can see now she has used me and the american justice system. I need some advice as I think she is getting a lawyer to sue me for support. I have no savings only debt... What can she do? Advice?

I wouldn't pay her or her bills a dime until it is court ordered. But it may ruin your credit to have the bills on in your name. Not paying them might get them shut off by the utility companies that way you haven't shut them off illegally.
Did you make sure your name is off the rent lease? Was your lease up? You may have to pay the rent until you get out of the lease so straighten that out with the landlord if you haven't.

This seems to be the only immigration related question. If you never filed for her, then she most likely applied for her permanent residence under VAWA, the Violence Against Women's Act. Your biggest concerns seem to be family-law related. Good luck.
