What is the best lifts to do if i want to get big and get cut up at the same time? I work out on a bowflex and do powerlifts with free weights>

The best thing to do is eat a lot of protein ( cell mass, no-explode,nitrix) is a awesome combination.
You always want to surprise your muscles, so do different work outs everyday. Like Bi's and back one day and the next day do chest and tri's.
Basic lifts are
Bench press, incline bench, decline bench
Tris- push ups, pull downs, triangle push ups, dips
Bi's- Curls, hammer curls, pull ups (close grip) (remember to get big do low reps but heavy weight
To get defined and cut lift light weight and a lot of reps
