The best thing to do is eat a lot of protein ( cell mass, no-explode,nitrix) is a awesome combination.Quote:

Basic lifts are
Bench press, incline bench, decline bench
Tris- push ups, pull downs, triangle push ups, dips
Bi's- Curls, hammer curls, pull ups (close grip) (remember to get big do low reps but heavy weight
To get defined and cut lift light weight and a lot of reps
