Can I take them to court
My landlord had a moving company drop a refrigerator off at my house because he had some furniture droped off at his house and they paid the movers to bring the fridge to my house because mine went out. Well when they were pulling out of my driveway they hit my van. My landlords wife was there and she saw them hit it. He called his boss and his boss didn't want to claim it on his insurance so it would't go up he told me to get 2 estimates and he would pay for it now its been going on a year and he still hasn't paid for it. I call 5 times aday and I get the runaround every time. Can I take him to small claims court thanks

You should have went to court or turned it into his insurance before this.
Waiting so long may work against you. You can try and see where it goes.
