Cash Purchase of Home with Judgements Against
I would like to purchase a house for cash. I have financial judgements against me. Can my creditors stop the sale and/or seize the money allocated ?

I have to ask this, it seems odd, that if you have enough money to pay cash for home, you owe on credit cards and have creditors. If there is a judgment against you, I imagine that the money can be allocated, if found, to pay debt.
