    Bow legs, is there exercise to straighten it?
    Hey guys I have a slight bow in my legs but its not that bad but I do believe it is robbing me of a half inch to an inch in height. I was wondering if there is any exercise to straighten it a little or special shoes that will straighten it? Thanks.

    Bow legs in adults can only be corrected by surgery - the bones are actually boned and shoes and exercises will not help.

    Have you consulted with a Physician?
