    How much do I charge to strip and wax floors per sq foot?

    Both depend on how you do the job.

    Stripping and refinishing VCT: Complete stripping and 3 to 4 coats of wax with proper drying between each coat, with at least 1,000 square feet of floor; $0.23 to $0.26 per sq ft.

    Carpet cleaning again with at least 1,000 sq ft (many methods, I prefer the hot water extraction method); $0.08 to $0.13 per sq ft.

    Pricing varies considerably from area to area and is affected by competition and I am assuming that you are doing commercial buildings.

    You are responsible for your own pricing however, these are only suggestions.
